Today’s passage beautifully expresses praises and words of thanksgiving unto the Lord that we might not otherwise find within ourselves, especially if we are in a time of sorrow. David literally commanded his soul to bless the Lord and to remember all the benefits that God had bestowed upon him. Likewise, we should be diligent to offer the sacrifice of praise to our God, even when our circumstances might be difficult. Please open your Bible to Psalm one hundred three, and follow along as Pastor Ray Viola begins his study of this chapter.
