The people of Jerusalem used the dung gate to carry refuse out of the city. Until the Lord takes us home, we inevitably say things we shouldn’t, do things we ought not, or have attitudes that are amiss. Therefore, to help maintain unity in the Body of Christ, we must also go through our own “dung gate,” to admit our failures and confess our sins. Please open your Bible to Nehemiah chapter three, verse thirteen, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola concludes his study of this chapter.
