This is the ultimate purpose for the incarnation of Jesus Christ is found in Revelation 5. The glorification of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ.
That is the purpose of every church and every child of God. To worship, pray, serve and live for the glory of Jesus Christ. A divine revelation and recognition of the slain Lamb Jesus Christ, who takes away the sins of the world. Anyone who truly sees the slain Lamb cannot help but worship. The psalmist declared, “Oh magnify the Lord with me, let us exalt His name together”(Psalm 34:3). Note the things that belong to and speak of the glory of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, in this heavenly scene.
Worthy is the Lamb is the declaration of heaven. The ultimate purpose and goal of the Father sending His Son Jesus Christ into this world is that those who trust in Him as Lord and Savior would throughout all eternity declare. That declaration turns the question of the why of the incarnation into an exclamation point! Selah
