Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Of course, His followers believe this. However, as recorded in Scripture, unclean spirits also declared that He was the Son of God as they fell down before Him in fear. Therefore, simply knowing that Jesus is the Son of God is not enough to be saved. One must willingly submit to Jesus’ authority, and allow God’s heart-changing grace to transform you into an image of His choosing. Please open your Bible to the Gospel of Mark, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of the first verse.
