When Absalom rose up against his father and his king, David had to flee for his life. As he fled, some from his kingdom cursed him vigorously. Yet, as we will see in today’s passage, David still had a song in his heart and faith that the Lord had heard his cry for help. You should also call on the Lord when you feel hopeless or betrayed; He will hear you too. Please open your Bible to Psalm three, and follow along with Pastor Ray Viola as he begins his study.
