The Bible tells us of two types of forgiveness: God forgiving us and us forgiving others. It is God’s grace and faith in Jesus Christ that makes both types of forgiveness possible. Jesus is our example for forgiving others, and we must recognize that the Father forgives us for Jesus’ sake, not because of our own merit. After the reading of Colossians three thirteen and Ephesians four thirty-two, Pastor Ray Viola will begin his teaching on forgiving one another as he prepared his congregation to observe the Lord’s Supper.
