Worry literally strangles a person: It chokes out their joy and can ruin their health. In today’s passage, the Apostle Paul tells us that prayer is the medicine that will cure worry. Prayer is fellowshipping with God, and it presumes that God is near listening to you. So, whatever is bothering you, bring it to the Lord in prayer, and He will give you peace. Please open your Bible to Philippians chapter four, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of verses one through nine.
