In today’s passage, God has been reproving earthly judges for misusing their God-given authority. Though they have been exalted by heaven in privilege, the Lord shall cast such evil judges down in punishment. While most of us are not judges, God will hold us accountable for our stweardship of the things that He has put in our charge: Don’t misuse God-given resources!
