As Ezra prayed, he reflected on God’s remarkable goodness and grace, because He brought back a remnant of His people from exile, and He had allowed them to live in the Promised Land again. Once again, Israel had a safe position, a standing in God’s favor and in His Temple. Likewise, because of God’s grace, we have security in Jesus, Who, as the old hymn states, is our Anchor that holds within the veil. Please open your Bible to Ezra chapter nine, verse eight, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of one of the Bible’s great prayers.
