Psalms eight and fourteen are like bookends that describe the mysterious nature of humanity. We are at once glorious and yet fallen. We carry both the honor of bearing God’s image and the shame of our sin. Thus, all men stand in need of the forgiveness and pardon of God which can only be obtained by appropriating the merit of Christ’s work on the cross. Please open your Bible to Psalm fourteen, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola begins his study.
