We see in our study this morning (Ephesians 2:8-10) that when a person is saved by grace, he or she certainly does not stop there!
When Paul wrote of grace, he was thinking of a runner who seeks to win a race. Paul wasn’t running to win his salvation, but he was running to finish his course well.
Oh how powerful is the life that is energized by the grace of God! The grace of God builds you up and is good for the heart. The grace of God is not some cold sterile doctrine; it is the living Lord Jesus very much alive in His people.
Paul was running for Jesus, and had no intention of stopping. May each one of us tap into that mighty grace of God and ‘grace to the finish’.

This song was one of my favorites in 1981. When I read this blog the Spirit inside me got me singing this song, so I thought I would share this blessing with you.
