After fleeing for his life from Damascus, Saul went to Jerusalem, but Jesus’ disciples were afraid of him. But Barnabas believed his testimony and trusted him. He brought Saul to the leaders of the Church. Only in eternity will we know how vital it was for Barnabas to befriend this questionable man, whom God used to spread the Gospel to the whole world.
