At Christmastime, many celebrants will hear passages from the Gospels of Matthew and Luke that provide a human perspective of Jesus’ birth in the Bethlehem. Verses five through eleven of Philippians chapter two reveals a more complete view of Christmas: From God’s perspective, Christmas is about a cradle, a cross, and a crown.
