When Mordecai learned the details of Haman’s plan to destroy the Jews, he sent word to Esther asking her to approach the king on behalf of the Jewish people. This was easier said than done, because unsolicited audiences with the king could be fatal! Esther wisely called for three days of prayer and fasting before she would attempt to do what Mordecai asked. Please open your Bible to Esther chapter four, verse eleven, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his discussion of this chapter.
