Jesus’ death on the cross was an unrepeatable death. That is, He died “once and for all.” This means that Jesus Christ’s death is sufficient to cover the sins of anyone repenting of their sin and looking to Him today for forgiveness of sin. What the blood of innumerable bulls and goats could never do, Jesus accomplished in his one-time death on the cross. Please open your Bible to First Peter chapter three, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola begins his discussion of verses seventeen through twenty-two.
