Fervant love covers a multitude of sins. Covering sin does not mean that we are blind and deliberately overlook sin that needs to be addressed. It means that, when it is necessary to address an issue of sin, we do it in love, not out of anger, not in pride and not in self righteousness. One’s goal should be restoration and healing. Please open your Bible to First Peter chapter four, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his discussion of verses eight through eleven.
