Peter admonished his readers to no longer walk in the old ways, which often included drinking, sexual immorality, and idolatry. Though the blood of Jesus protects us from the wrath of God’s judgment, we will have to stand before Jesus one day and make an account of our lives. Therefore, we should invest our lives in things that are of eternal value. Please open your Bible to First Peter chapter four, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of verses one through five.
