Jesus declared that when a person truly comes to Him in faith, everything becomes new. Our motives for prayer, fasting, and everything else that we do changes. A born-again believer no longer does these things, as a religionist might, to earn favor with God. Born-again, Spirit-filled believers joyfully do what they do, because they want to worship Him and to draw closer to Him. Please open your Bible to Mark chapter two, and follow along as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of verses eighteen through twenty-two.
