John the Baptizer was a Spirit-filled man that lived his life to glorify God, even when it resulted in his imprisonment and death. In contrast, King Herod lived his life according to his passions instead of his conscience. John, like all born-again believers, will receive great rewards in eternity. Sadly, immoral self pleasers like Herod will face a very dark eternity unless they repent. Please open your Bible to Mark chapter six, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of verses fourteen through twenty-nine.
