Matthew 4:23  And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

Thank God for the physical healings that come from the grace and wisdom that He bestows upon us through gifted doctors, nurses, dentists and other medical professionals. How blessed we are to have access to such health care for every kind of ailment and affliction. Today, my desire is to exhort those who are struggling or suffering with physical afflictions to look afresh to Jesus Christ in faith and prayer. Jesus said that He did whatever He saw The Father do. Thus, when Jesus was on earth, He went about healing all manner of sickness and disease. Picture Jesus going about, praying for and touching those who were gripped with the pains of physical afflictions. 

Acts 10:38 tells us that “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” I am well aware of those claiming to be “faith healers” who have brought reproach to the wonderful Name of Jesus Christ. Beloved, do not allow this unfortunate display of fakery and fraud cause you to discount the legitimate healing power of God. Jesus is still the Great Physician. He is The Sun of Righteousness Who has risen with healing in His wings (Malachi 4:2). May our precious Lord Jesus touch you, comfort you, and grant you that special touch of healing today according to His will.
