Worry is excessive concern over the affairs of life. It happens when you are so concerned about your problems that you can think of nothing else, and it is a sin. Why? Because it displaces the power of God in your life, and it distracts you from things that really matter. As long as you are worrying, you can’t do anything else. It literally strangles you. Please open your Bible to Matthew chapter six, and listen as Pastor Ben Hiwale discusses Jesus’ admonition not to worry in verses twenty-five through thirty-four.
