Anger is a matter of the heart that manifests itself by lashing out at others verbally or physically. It is a secondary emotion that can be triggered by resentment, bitterness, ill treatment, or envy. Jesus forbids the anger which broods, the anger which will not forget, the anger which refuses to be pacified and that seeks revenge. Jesus made it clear that people harboring such anger are in danger of judgment. Please open your Bible to Matthew chapter five, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of verses twenty-one through twenty-six.
