In today’s passage, the psalmist gives an account of many of his troubles that also prophetically pointed to things that Jesus faced in the days just before His crucifixion. Many hated Jesus without a cause, and He was, at times, completely surrounded by His enemies. Nevertheless, Jesus, like the psalmist, put His trust in God, and He did not fear what men could do to Him. Please open your Bible to Psalm one hundred eighteen, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola begins his study of this messianic psalm of praise.
