Though the Lord had called Nehemiah, He did not remove the challenges and make everything easy. Because Nehemiah’s work was built on a foundation of prayer and God’s word, he knew what he was doing, why he was doing it, and Who he was doing it for. Therefore, trusting in God’s providence and power, he had the strength to press on in the face of adversity. Please open your Bible to Nehemiah chapter six, verse ten, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of this chapter.
