Jesus was the most merciful person ever to have lived. He continually worked to relieve the misery of people with physical and spiritual infirmities. As followers of Christ, it should be our desire to do the same. To put it bluntly, mercy is about putting your money where your mouth is, as did the Good Samaritan. It is not about feelings or good intentions. Please listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his discussion of the fifth Beatitude: Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
