Jesus was the most merciful person ever to have lived. He continually worked to relieve the misery of people with physical and spiritual infirmities. As followers of Christ, it should be our desire to do the same. To put it bluntly, mercy is about putting your money where your mouth is, as did the Good Samaritan.
