God’s providence intervened at just the moment Mordecai was to be condemned to death. Instead of a humiliating death, Mordecai received prestigious honors that Haman coveted for himself. The thing Mordecai wouldn’t do for Haman–bow down–Haman had to tell others to do for Mordecai! Shame and humiliation await those that choose to defy God and His people, but God will bring honor to those that honor Him. Please open your Bible to Esther chapter six, verse ten, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola completes his study of this chapter.
