The book of Esther does not mention God’s name. Yet it was written to encourage the returned Jewish exiles by reminding them of God’s faithfulness and that He would keep His promises to the nation. Regardless of what is happening in your life, remain faithful to God, because He is faithful to you, even if He is invisible for a season. The book of Esther teaches us that, though God is unseen, He still rules over all. Please open your Bible to Esther chapter one, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola begins his study of this remarkable book of the Old Testament.
