Temptation is a solicitation to do evil. Anyone that is a follower of Christ experiences temptation many times a day. In The Lord’s Prayer, Jesus taught us to pray that we be not led into temptation, but to be delivered from evil. Since no good thing dwells in our flesh, we do indeed need God’s help in finding the way to escape the Enemy’s snare. Please open your Bible to Matthew chapter six, verse thirteen, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola discusses the opening clause of this verse.
