Ruth deeply appreciated God’s goodness. She did not ask God why she had to endure famine and the loss of her husband. Instead she thanked God for the grace that she received from Boaz. Like Ruth, we should be thankers rather than complainers. God gave His only Son to save morally bankrupt people from the consequences of their sin. We should not ask why bad things happen to us. We should be amazed that we ever experience anything good! Please open your Bible to Ruth chapter two, verse ten, and listen as Pastor Ray Viola concludes his study of this chapter.
